In-App Feedback

The fastest way to report issues:

  1. Click the feedback button at the bottom of any page
  2. Select the type of issue
  3. Describe the problem
  4. Submit - we’ll review and respond

For detailed inquiries or account-related issues:

Please include:

  • Your account email
  • Description of the issue
  • Steps to reproduce (if applicable)
  • Screenshots (if helpful)

Response time: Within 24 hours on business days

Enterprise Support

Enterprise customers have access to:

  • Dedicated account manager
  • Priority support queue
  • Phone support available
  • Custom SLAs

What to Include in Your Request

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:

For Bug Reports

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • Browser and operating system
  • Error messages (exact text or screenshot)
  • Steps to reproduce the issue

For Feature Requests

  • What you’re trying to accomplish
  • How you currently work around it
  • Who else would benefit from this feature

For Account Issues

  • Your registered email address
  • Type of issue (billing, access, permissions)
  • Any error messages you see

Office Hours

Support is available:

  • Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm ET
  • Weekends: Limited support for critical issues

Enterprise customers have extended support hours per their agreement.
